1 Digital Product Notice
Reports are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing a Report, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately once your order is processed, and you expressly consent to this immediate delivery.
2 Reports Delivered Within the Specified Timeframe
If your Report has been successfully generated and delivered to you within the timeframe specified for your chosen package, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the outcome or content of the Report, except where Section 3 below applies.
- The Report is a digital product that is generated and delivered on request using real-time data lookups.
- Once delivered, the service has been fully performed, and the informational value has already been provided to you.
3 Refunds for Errors in Your Report
If there is a genuine error in your Report (for example, incorrect data compilation, a technical fault causing inaccurate results, or a Report that does not match the vehicle registration you submitted), you are entitled to a full refund.
- Contact us at support@advancedvla.uk with your order reference, vehicle registration number, and a description of the error.
- We will review your Report and the reported issue.
- If an error is confirmed, we will process your full refund within 2 working days of confirming the error.
4 Late or Non-Delivery
If your Report is not delivered within the specified timeframe for your chosen package due to a fault on our part, you are entitled to request a full refund or a re-run of your Report at no additional cost. Contact support@advancedvla.uk with your order details.

6 How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days of approval; however, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
