3 Accuracy of Information
3.1Reports are generated using data supplied by third-party providers. While we take reasonable care to source information from reputable and authorised data providers, we do not independently verify the underlying data and cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
3.2Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are intended to assist you in making a more informed decision when buying, selling, or maintaining a vehicle. They should not be treated as a substitute for an independent physical inspection or professional mechanical assessment.
3.3We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on a Report, save as set out in Section 8 (Limitation of Liability) or as required by law.
4 Placing an Order
4.1To purchase a Report, you must enter a valid UK vehicle registration number and complete payment through our checkout process.
4.2You are responsible for ensuring the registration number you provide is correct. We are not responsible for Reports generated against an incorrect registration number entered by you.
4.3A contract between you and Advanced VLA is formed once payment has been successfully processed.

6.2By purchasing a Report, you acknowledge that this is digital content and expressly request and consent to delivery beginning immediately upon completion of your order.
7 Refunds and Cancellations

8 Limitation of Liability
8.1Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
8.2Subject to Section 8.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Report or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Report.
